He is an experienced designer, problem identifier and troubleshooter, capable of targeting customer needs and transforming them into technical specifications. His ability to pinpoint and solve errors in early development stages help avoid time-costly expenditures. Juan's research and development skills led to a patent being issued as a co-inventor for his originality and creativity in the electronic and energy field.

Juan has served in research and development departments in the capacity of senior engineer since 1990 early in his career as a citizen of Havana, Cuba. He served as a medical instrumentation engineer for 12 years at the Central Institute for Digital Research and the National Center for Scientific Research. Juan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree Electrical Engineer, Computer Science at the Superior Technical Institute ISPJAE, Havana, Cuba in 1990.
